About Tamara Bertrand

Business Strategist • Support Partner • Problem Solver

Running a business is hard — and it can feel even harder when you’re trying to do it all alone.

Most business owners don’t struggle because they lack passion or effort. They struggle because growth creates complexity. Systems get messy. Processes break. Decisions feel heavier. And suddenly the business that once felt exciting feels overwhelming.

That’s where I come in.

What I Do

I help small business owners identify roadblocks they may not even realize are holding them back — then guide them toward clear, practical strategies that create structure, confidence, and forward momentum.

My work focuses on:

  • uncovering inefficiencies and gaps

  • simplifying processes and workflows

  • building systems that support growth

  • helping owners prioritize what actually matters

  • creating clarity around next steps

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all business advice. Every business is different, and the strategies I provide are tailored specifically to your goals, your capacity, and your stage of growth.

How I’m Different

I’m not here to overwhelm you with buzzwords or hand you a 40-page business plan you’ll never use.

I’m here to listen first.

Together, we look at what’s working, what isn’t, and where things feel heavy or confusing. From there, I help you create simple, realistic systems and strategies that make your business easier to run — not harder.

Once the strategy is in place, I connect you with trusted referral partners such as virtual assistants, social media specialists, bookkeepers, and accounting professionals so you have the right support to implement everything successfully.

My role is clarity and direction — not task execution.

Experience That Comes From Doing

My approach is shaped by real-world experience — not theory.

I’m the owner of an award-winning escape room business, where I’ve spent years building systems, managing teams, creating unforgettable customer experiences, and navigating the very challenges small business owners face every day.

In addition to running my own business, I am a volunteer board member with the Women Entrepreneurs Organization (WEO), where I support, mentor, and advocate for women-owned businesses through leadership, events, and community initiatives.

I’m also a speaker at industry and business conventions, sharing insights on entrepreneurship, operations, customer experience, and sustainable growth.

Everything I teach and guide is rooted in lived experience — not textbooks.

My Approach

When you work with me, you can expect:

  • honest conversations

  • supportive guidance without judgment

  • practical strategies you can actually implement

  • clarity instead of confusion

  • collaboration instead of pressure

I believe business growth should feel intentional — not exhausting.

You don’t need to do everything.
You just need to do the right things.
